The things founders ask us first.
How fast can you actually start?
Usually within three to five business days of the proposal being signed. If your timeline is tighter than that, say so on the discovery call we hold capacity for urgent raises and launch dates.
What if I don't know which package I need?
That's the most common situation and it's exactly what the free call is for. Bring what you have a document, a sketch, a competitor you like and we'll tell you which stage you're actually at.
Do you work with my developers or do you build too?
We design; your team builds. We deliver Figma files with specs, assets, component logic, and interaction notes, and we stay available through your build for questions. If you don't have developers yet, we can recommend teams we've worked with.
How do payments work?
Milestone-based. A deposit to start, then payments tied to delivery checkpoints rather than calendar dates. You never pay for work you haven't seen.
What's the revision guarantee?
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. If we've genuinely missed the brief, the fix isn't counted as a round we re-cut it at no cost.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, before you share anything. Just mention it in your first message.
